About SinEuSyn Ltd
SinEuSyn was founded in March 2016 by Dr Stefan Sack.
Coming from a consulting background in one of the most prestigious consulting firms (McKinsey & Co) and having been Vicepresident and Shanghai Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in China for three years, Dr Sacks experience in various industries (e.g. automotive, electronic, services,…) is large and he possesses a great network of people and resources particularly in China and Europe.
The idea behind SinEuSyn is helping companies to leverage on Synergies that still are untapped for them by making businesses in China and Europe. Many companies are either only looking at the growth story of China and have not yet done their ‘homework’ in applying best practices, optimizing cost etc also in the Asian subsidiaries. Here lies a great potential. Some companies have still not entered China at all for fear of political situation and/or IPR issues.
SinEuSyn supports these companies in finding the right balance to make them more successful. This can also happen by support in finding the right management team or even temporarily taking over management responsibility by SinEuSyn team members as interim managers.
Doing market reseach and supporting companies finding the right customers is also one field of activities.

About the Founder
Dr Stefan Sack
Dr Stefan Sack is the founder and CEO of SinEuSyn Ltd.Stefan has been working in China for over a decade holding increasing responsibilities in different industries.
After his undergraduate studies of Physics at the University of Hamburg, he obtained his PhD in Physics at the same university in cooperation with the Max-Planck-Society for the Advancement of Science in Hamburg.
His first step into the business world was a four years tenure at McKinsey & Company where he served as a project leader from 1999 to 2004. His next step was the ‘hidden champion’ FRIWO – the world market leader for mobile phone chargers.
Serving FRIWO from 2005 to 2007 as head of operations in Shenzhen responsible for three factories and over 20,000 people Stefan got to know China and the dimensions of this country. He liked it so much, that he stayed on and moved to his next job in Shanghai for the German VOITH group, now as the Managing Director.
In 2012 he was appointed CEO of COMAU China and South East Asia - a subsidiary of the FIAT group. COMAU is active in the automation and robots business. Also has a very strong Project Management Office, that won during Stefan's leadership a number of awards from prestigious PMI Institute.
Being an European by upbringing, Stefan joined the European Chamber of Commerce in China and was their Vice President and Chairman of Shanghai from 2013 to 2016. Between 2009 and 2013 he had served three more years as a board member in Shanghai and Chairman of the Automotive Component Group.
The opportunities of China plus the European perspective, combined with the experiences gathered in different fields in China (automotive, service industry, electronics, project business) as well, as experiences gained through insight in the EUCCC (Intellectual property right issues, HR topics, unequal treatment of foreign and local chinese companies) led him to set up SinEuSyn in March 2016 to share his knowledge gained in the last 12 years in China.
